Hello! Tell me what happens if you remove the thermocouple and use the gas stove without it? In my oven on a gas stove, it was damaged. I took it off because the gas pressure was weak and nothing could be cooked in such an oven. After removing this thing, the flame became very good with the pressure as needed. I do not know whether to buy such a thing and put it in its place if even without it the stove works perfectly.
