TV repaired itself yesterday, grill.

My 5th series Samsung TV stopped responding to the volume buttons, then all the remote buttons

and the joystick on the TV set itself, and on 10/28/17 the TV set stopped responding to the power off buttons and

sleep mode.

Symptoms:
1. August 2017 the TV stopped responding to the sound volume buttons, while the reception indicator

The signal blinked, but the function did not work, Smart Hub then worked then it did not work. Since telly needed only for

viewing YouTube and sometimes 1 conal then it was critical;
2. September 2017 the TV stopped responding to all buttons on the remote and joystick, except the on / off buttons

and sleep mode, but sometimes (late night, early morning) there was a reaction to all the buttons, sometimes functions

reassigned between buttons;
3. October 28, 2017 the TV stopped responding to all the power and hibernation buttons.

Finding a solution to the problem:
I must say that becauseTV for 3 years and knowing that the same people are working in the service centers (I know how to handle forever!), I decided to turn to the Samsung service center or TV repair when I’ve been doing everything right, and the original condition was to fix the TV without disassembling it, for stupidly lazy.

The TV model is UE40H6230AK, but finally you will understand that this information does not have a relationship to the result:
1. I read almost all the Russian-speaking forums of the CIS where Samsung problems were discussed (I learned a lot, I thought a lot (no more than 10 minutes) and I did it quickly);
2. Changed the batteries in the remote (it was not possible);
3. I disassembled and cleaned all the boards and contacts of the console with alcohol (alcohol did not help the console, but it helped me);
4. I checked the socket and the power plug of the TV (it was not possible);
5. I checked the power outlet, disassembled it, pulled out the contacts, assembled, checked the ground (it didn’t help);
6. Checked the protective zero and the automatic switchgear. shield, pulled contacts (not helped);
7. Reset the Smart Hub settings through the menu (it was not possible);
8. Through the service password (from some forum) I reset Smart Hub, the settings of the built-in browser, cleared the cache, turned off Wi-Fi (it was not possible);
9. Through an access password (from some forum) got access to all factory calibrations, settings and functions. There I was looking for the on / off function of Bluetooth, because even then, apart from Bluetooth, I checked everything that was possible (could not);
10. Because all that I could help those. I have already done Samsung support, then I called there only to clarify if you can turn off Bluetooth. The technical support manager through the external access password repeated resetting and resetting, checked the factory settings, at the same time explaining that there is no Bluetooth software on / off, just disassemble and disconnect the antenna by hand (Koreans are also from ours - Rookieppers :)), also discussed with it stupidly sticking to TV of a half of a laptop and use the TV only as a screen - the conclusion was that it was premature and I would have to disassemble the TV, but I don’t want (could not);
11. Consistently, watching the reaction on the buttons, disconnected all the devices and wires from the TV, turned off all the devices with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in the apartment (it was not possible);
12. Took a cell phone and launched a search for Bluetooth devices under, above and around the TV, the device “Samsung TV 9-generation” was found under the TV signal is stronger, this is obviously the telly of the neighbors-enemies below (cold war because of my noisy children) to interrupt the signal need a metal grid or grill, which was found in the gas stove - grill grill 500x500 mm.
