What to consider when choosing?

When choosing, pay attention to the following nuances:

  1. Power. In this regard, the choice is very large - from 140 to 1200 watts. The more power - the more you can work with a large number of different products. So, powerful blenders able to cope with frozen vegetables and minced meat. Also remember that power affects the speed of grinding products. If, by the example of beating an egg, it is not noticeable, then if you need to stir up several dozen eggs, you can feel the difference.
  2. Bowl volume and material. Coming with the product bowls can be the size and less than a liter, and more than two liters. Usually small bowls are designed for crushing solid foods, and small ones for softer ones. The material for the production of such containers is usually either glass or plastic. The first option is more expensive, harder, but better and more reliable plastic.
  3. Nozzles. The key detail when choosing a product, it is on their quantity and it depends on how useful the blender will be on the farm. The main nozzle has the form of the continuation of the “leg” of the blender, at its end in the recess is a knife. It comes complete with almost all devices, we will use it most often. Corollas - the second type of nozzles. They are spiral and drop-shaped. The third type of nozzles is the mill. It looks like a bowl, at the bottom of which is a knife and is used for grinding small doses of solid products. Another type of nozzles - bowl for grinding. In effect, it turns a blender into a minicombine, but very cumbersome. Sometimes a vacuum pump can be included. With it, you can remove the air from special containers with products to extend their freshness.
  4. Nozzle Material. They are either plastic or metal. Naturally, the second is better in everything, except for the cost. If you often have to work with hot products, it is better to stop the choice on the metal version.
  5. Battery or wire devices. With the first option, everything is clear - it is more mobile, you can use the product anywhere. But it will be harder, and it will be able to work without recharging for no more than half an hour. The option with the wire will limit your movement, but you will always be sure that you can quickly cope with large volumes of work - usually such kitchen appliances have more power.

As you can see, there are a lot of options regarding the wishes, budget and specific tasks that this indispensable device in the kitchen should perform.
